Chipotle Tuna Wrap

Tuna is one of those things can be made flavorless & no fun. However, luckily for you that’s not my style! Today’s post I am please to share a super delicious & colorful recipe with you all. I’ll add some variations under the recipe. This recipe is completely dairy & gluten free if need be. Enjoy! 

 Chipotle Tuna Wrap 

 

Ingredients:

  • One can of tuna ( I use TARGET’S Simply Balanced brand) 
  • Just_Chipotle mayo (it’s dairy free!)
  • Spinach
  • Baby tomatoes
  • Onion
  • Kalamata olives
  • Artichoke hearts
  • Wrap ( great gluten free ones at Aldi’s) 

How To:

  1. Drain the tuna & add it to a mixing bowl
  2. Add a squirt of the mayo to the tuna, about 1 tsp 
  3. Chop spinach, onion, tomatoes, olives and artichokes and add to the mix
  4. Mix well and add to wrap

      VARIATIONS:

      • Use half of a avocado instead of mayo
      • Use plain Greek yogurt instead of mayo, if not allergic to dairy
      • If you do not use wraps or can’t find a good gluten free one it’s delicious just on a bed of spinach
